Just a few weeks ago, it was announced that Luca fans would be treated to a new short film, Ciao Alberto, on Disney+ day (November 12, 2021).
Pixar has now released a screencap from the short film featuring Alberto out fishing with Massimo and Machiavelli (the cat). Be sure to notice the Ciao Alberto logo in the lower left-hand corner – which appears to be in a handwritten style (as if Luca wrote it).
The story will center around Alberto who, according to the official Pixar Tweet, will be trying to impress who he believes is the coolest human around (Massimo) through his hard work while Luca is away at school with Giulia.
