The first official trailer for the Luca-inspired short film, Ciao Alberto has been released and it is oh-so-adorable — Just look at the way Alberto looks up to Massimo in the poster.
It’s wonderful to learn that we’re going to see even more of the great Father-Son bond the duo have created. And, let’s not forget the adorably stoic cat, Machiavelli, either — he looks on as Alberto clumsily gets used to his new life at home and while fishing.

SYNOPSIS
With his best friend Luca away at school, Alberto is enjoying his new life in Portorosso working alongside Massimo—the imposing, tattooed, one-armed fisherman of few words—who’s quite possibly the coolest human in the entire world as far as Alberto is concerned. He wants more than anything to impress his mentor, but it’s easier said than done.
