Earlier this year (April 2019), Disney Parks announced that a new table-service restaurant would be coming to Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, called Roundup Rodeo BBQ. Guests will continue to feel as if they have shrunk to the size of a toy as they enter a new rodeo arena made by Andy, using three cardboard boxes taped together. Several Pixar characters will be scattered throughout the restaurant in the form of toys and game pieces including a toy version of Jessie riding on the back of a Trixie pull-toy and a unique toy version of Bo Peep and her sheep, all who appear to be performing in the rodeo together.
Today, Disney announced that the Roundup Rodeo BBQ would open in 2020. Along with the timeframe, a new piece of concept art on the restaurant was released showcasing the outside area of the family-friendly dining experience. From a giant belt buckle to the infamous ‘snake in my boot’, this location will definitely be very Instagram-worthy.

In the meantime, guests searching for a bit of a BBQ flavor while at Disney’s Hollywood Studios can visit Woody’s Lunch Box, a quick-service restaurant that offers many delicious menu items.
