It is often discussed that Pixar has fostered a culture unlike many other companies in existence and in this video uploaded by Pixar, you can see how the different departments within Pixar had some fun during the production of Monsters University. If you’re not a fan of bugs, specifically centipedes, you may want to skip this next video – but then you’d also never learn how Rickey Nierva (Production Designer) and the team referenced a very large centipede for Dean Hardscrabble’s inspiration. We had actually learned about the centipede previously, but this is the first time we’ve heard from the insect expert that brought the centipede to Pixar.
