“The Pixar Show” is a new variety series filled with silly moments, behind-the-scenes looks, and much more from the famed studio.
To give you an example, the series starts with a filmmaker discussion covering all things Hoppers, in which Director Daniel Chong’s “beautiful long hair” (from his college days) comes up in the first few minutes.
That moment kind of marks the tone of The Pixar Show โ it’s remarkably different and feels very homemade, in the best way. The discussions feel like they were captured naturally, the skits feel like they were made for fun, and the overall feel is much looser than we’re used to seeing. Not that Pixar is known for being ultra serious or anything, but their guard is down, and it feels refreshing.

If you haven’t watched it yet, definitely do so and get ready for even more episodes coming soon. The episodes are embedded below, along with a few details from the official series release.
