‘Coco’ Wins Big at Critics Choice Awards – Taking Home Two Awards

Coco wins big at 23rd Annual Critics Choice Awards, winning Best Animated Feature and Best Song.

The 23rd Annual Critics Choice Awards were held tonight (January 11, 2018) at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California. The award show celebrates cinematic achievement in various categories similar to the Golden Globes or Academy Awards. Pixar Animation Studios’ latest film, Coco took home both awards in which it was nominated — Best Animated Feature and Best Song (see below).

Taking the stage to accept the Best Animated Feature award was co-director Adrian Molina who undoubtedly was thrilled to accept the award on behalf of the entire Coco team (watch both acceptance speeches below).
