After 13 long years, director Andrew Stanton and his team will be transporting us back into the sea with the June 17 theatrical release of Finding Dory. As the team continues to work tirelessly to complete the visuals of the film — composer Thomas Newman is back creating the emotional soundtrack to complete the underwater world.

UPDATED: Check out our review of the Finding Dory soundtrack.

Previously, Stanton had stated that “Newman is Nemo” and we couldn’t agree more — with his incredible knack for ethereal beauty, we look forward to an updated title track similar to the Finding Nemo theme (Main Title: Nemo Egg).

The Finding Dory soundtrack will be released on June 17 and as of now, an official cover for the soundtrack or an individual tracklisting has not been revealed, but we’ll be sure to update this information as it becomes available.
