Disney Vacation Club members attending the Moonlight Magic event at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon (Walt Disney World Resort) on June 4, were treated to a special Pixar guest appearance – PartySaurus Rex!
This marks the first time PartySaurus Rex has appeared as a strolling character. While Rex did make an appearance at the event, Instagramer 360 Degrees of Disney noted that it was a distanced appearance dancing on stage with no guest greeting. The only other time PartySaurus Rex has appeared in a Disney Park was an inflatable version on the DJ stage, during the after-hours H20 Glow Nights at Typhoon Lagoon back in 2018.
PARTYSAURUS REX MEET AND GREET?
Could we see PartySaurus Rex during the H20 Glow After-Hours event later this month? Our thoughts are, quite possibly yes! Disney has done a fantastic job in styling Rex – although we do miss his pink loofah tutu. We’ve always thought that PartySaurus Rex should be the iconic character of Typhoon Lagoon’s Glow Nights so perhaps, this is the first step into making that reality.
