With the theatrical release of Incredibles 2 drawing near, the elaborate film-making process begins to come to a close — just this past Friday, (April 13) the animation on the project officially wrapped.
Today, in a short Instagram video (embedded below), composer Michael Giacchino walked through the MGM Recording Stage with director Brad Bird, as the duo shared their excitement of past films that have graced the famed recording stage — including Ratatouille and Incredibles.
With the sound of flutists warming up and general orchestra commotion happening in the background, you can’t help but feel the excitement as Incredibles 2 has only “a couple of more days” of scoring left to do. As Giacchino notes, “FUN! Which you will have when you go see this movie. We promise?”. “We certify,” adds Brad Bird.
