Guests visiting Disneyland and the Walt Disney World Resort will have the opportunity to preview a sneak peek of Cars 3. Beginning May 12, at Disney’s California Adventure the Cars 3 footage will be shown in 3D at the Bug’s Life theater with special in-theater effects. Visitors at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL will need to travel to Disney’s Hollywood Studios starting on May 26, to view the sneak peek located in the One Man’s Dream attraction alongside a display of various production artwork and character maquettes.
In the past, both domestic Disney Resorts have showcased upcoming Pixar films, either with artwork and maquettes on display or early pre-screenings of future films – both of which have resonated well with fans.
The Cars 3 sneak peek won’t be the only new Pixar-themed attraction within the Disney parks this year, beginning May 26, guests visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be able to watch The Music of Pixar LIVE! This night-time spectacular will take place at the Theater of the Stars and will be presented three times nightly featuring several memorable songs from various Pixar films, as well as iconic score moments. The show will also feature surprise appearances from Woody, Jessie, Mike and Sulley, The Incredibles, and many more!
Cars 3 hits theaters on June 16, 2017.
