“Your racing days are coming to an end” — those are the first words spoken in the brilliant 30-second teaser featuring Lightning continuing to showcase his persistence to stay in the sport of racing (despite urgings and questions from outsiders). As McQueen figuratively (and literally) digs his tires in, the trailer kicks into fifth gear displaying speed, explosions, and even Doc Hudson flipping — are we about to see his career-ending crash, or is this planned?
