Alas! Destiny awaits, as a real-life version of “Guinevere,” the van from Pixar’s Onward, has just been spotted on the Disney lot. When the official Onward theatrical poster was released, many fans (including ourselves) began to speculate if Pixar and Disney would recreate the ‘iron steed’ from the film, which takes brothers Iandore (Ian) and Barley Lightfoot on a “grand and glorious quest.” Well, it looks like the team behind the film had it planned all along.
In a tweet shared by Jeffrey Epstein, you’ll notice that Pixar and Disney have created a near-flawless replica of Guinevere, including the gem-like car lights, crescent moon window, rust marks, and airbrush artwork. The only two details that stuck out to us as missing was the VALOR manufacturer logo and the different hubcaps.
But, where could this real-life Guinevere be headed? While it’s unknown for now, what we do know about Pixar’s Onward is that film is set within a suburban fantasy world in which two brothers Ian (voiced by Tom Holland) and Barley Lightfoot (voiced by Chris Pratt) embark on an adventure to see if there’s a little magic left in the world. Onward hits theaters on March 6, 2020.
