Disney’s Club Penguin, the #1 virtual world for kids, is partnering for the first time with Disney•Pixar to throw the Monsters University Takeover event. The event allows players to enroll in any of the three different fraternities (OK, ROR & JOX) or one of the three sororities (PNK) to compete in the annual Scare Games.
As players compete in the games they earn points for their fraternity or sorority while dressing up as their favorite characters from the film – such as Mike & Sulley. The winning fraternity or sorority will be announced on July 6th, where all players can collect the Scare Games Trophy. The takeover officially lasts until July 9th as noted in the official trailer.
